April Clark is a beautiful and talented young actress living in a small town in Northern California. After being invited to audition for one of the industry’s top talent managers, she’s determined to make her way to Hollywood for the audition. Her boyfriend, Matt, has other ideas, though, and tries to force her to stay. Only through sheer determination does April get out of that situation and on the road. But that’s not her only problem as she speeds on a lonely highway toward Los Angeles. She arrives in Los Angeles a changed woman who will do almost anything to be a star.
